Born of the traditions and designs of the Thunder Power Pipe, (originally known as the Pro Dyno Power Pipe) our new system combines the best of the original design with modern materials and a level of quality and detail only available from Carolina Bike and Trike. 

These systems are fabricated entirely with NEW materials...they do not use ANY part of your existing factory exhaust system.

Each system is meticulously hand crafted .... headers are ceramic coated inside and out, and the Stainless Steel muffler canisters offer 2 different baffle assemblies, allowing the rider to tune his system to his individual preference...

We approached this project with 3 goals in mind:

1.  Build a system that ADDS horsepower, not one that sacrifices power...Thunder's original dyno testing indicated a gain of 10 HP and 9 FtLbs of torque.

2.  Manufacture the components "in-house" so that we can build each set to order and deliver them in a timely fashion.  No more waiting for 24 other customers to place orders before your pipes are built. Typical delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks from date of order.

3.  Offer our system at a competitive price.  We are presently $200 less expensive than the other "custom" built system.
